Welcome to Range Riches (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or equipment—including simulator rentals, installations, and associated marketing or event materials—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of Services

Range Riches provides premium golf-simulator experiences for resorts, rental agencies, event hosts, and private clients. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any misuse, resale without permission, or modification of our equipment or software integrations is strictly prohibited.

Payments and Bookings

All quotes and invoices are provided directly by Range Riches. Payments are due as specified in the agreement or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in cancellation or service suspension.

Liability and Damages

Clients are responsible for the proper use of equipment during the rental or lease period. Range Riches is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled delivery may receive a refund minus administrative fees. After that window, refunds are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All Range Riches branding, logos, trademarks, and media content remain the exclusive property of Range Riches, LLC. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
