Range Riches events and simulator installations may include photo or video capture for prize verification, marketing, or guest experience purposes.
Purpose of Recording
Video footage is collected to verify contest entries (e.g., hole-in-one challenges) and to enhance marketing materials showcasing authentic Range Riches experiences.
Consent
By participating in Range Riches activities or using our equipment, you consent to video and image capture for legitimate business purposes. Participants who do not wish to be recorded should notify staff before play begins.
Ownership and Use
All media captured during Range Riches events remains the property of Range Riches, LLC. We reserve the right to use verified footage for marketing, training, and promotional materials, while respecting participant privacy and maintaining brand integrity.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share raw footage with unaffiliated parties except when required for prize verification, insurance, or compliance
